AC blower shut off today in the middle of my drive home. Recycling the engine and it comes back on 80% of the time. Turn it up to 3 or 4 and it kicks off again? Do I need a new blower and if so can I upgrade it to something that blows stronger?

Seems like the the fan speed switch causes the problem mostly. Switching the AC of and on can cause it to stop sometimes too. It definitely cuts out more prominently when the fan speed is on 3 or 4 but has done it on 2 speed
