A/c blows but not cold

No… The radiator hose will have pressure because there is pressure in the system but if you got the proper radiator cap on the radiator, it shouldn’t be more than 18 psi… 210 is about right

Yes until earlier this week when it was 110!

Heat in the engine compartment does play a role, but bottom line is if the clutch on your compressor is not engaging then your system is not working properly and it’s not circulating Freon…

There is a low pressure switch and a high pressure switch on the system and if the pressure is too low, the clutch will not engage in pressure and if the pressure is too high, the same also… Like I said, you may be a little low on Freon, which is causing the clutch not to engage and you can get a little recharge kit from Walmart and follow the directions and if adding a little, freon starters the clutch to engage that means you were low… But also means you’ve got a leak and at some point it’ll have to be addressed… and having too much Freon in the system, it’s just as bad as not having enough…

You might find this interesting, my mechanic buddy finally called me back and suggested running 12v straight to the compressor to see if it kicks on, I tried but the connection is so tight i arked it all the place! To its self in the plug, to compressor, to everything it touched on the way out as I yanked it back! I thought that was a failure on my part so I buttoned it all back up thinking I might as well just take it to him, but when I got in & fired up, wouldn’t ya know that the a/c was blowing cold! So I hooked up my wall mart a/c charger, added a bit of juice for good measure & it is working great now! like fixin a ford!

It sounds like your AC Compressor might be faulty or going out altogether. At least now, you know where to send your money. Spend, spend, spend. It's the Jeep way.
