Accidentally broke a thrust washer while removing carrier

I have a TracLok on my 2002 TJ. Removing the carrier I accidentally broke one of the thrust washers. I am having a hard time finding a replacement, can anyone tell me where to look?

You might call a local gear shop -

You just need new shims. Doubt you’ll ever find the correct thickness OEM style shim.
