Adding Cruise Control

great info, I’m working on the same project but notice no wires in the spots 11 and 32 but have a clock spring with the cruise control wires. Can you help?

Did you ever find the answer here? Just finished the project myself.
32 runs through the firewall and under the dash. It connects to the red/light green wire that runs into cavity B1 on C107. I just cut the red/green wire on the dash side and spliced with the wire from 32.
11 connects to a yellow/red wire in cavity 3 of the brake light switch under the dash. Again, just cut after it comes out of the brake light switch and splice
