Adjusting height of steering wheel?

Some TJs didn't have tilt from the factory. There should be a lever on the bottom left side of the steering column if it did.

Kinda like tilt and tumble seats, some had neither, some had one, some had both, some had tilt only.
If you put your TJ's info in your profile, it's easier for people to help you out.
 
If you don't have a tilt column, you may be able to install one. I can't see it being too involved. Do you have cruise control?
