2003 wrangler. I was driving down the road when I hear an air leak. I looked under and saw an snapped air line. I called a 4wd off-road parts and explained what it looked like because they installed my lift just days before. They told me it was fine to drive but to bring it in in a few days. The line is pushing air and wraps around the fuel tank and I cannot find the purpose for the line nor the coupler online.

That's an evap line for the fuel system. The connector that is broken is part of the line. You have to pull the fuel tank to properly replace the whole thing, it sits on top of the tank. They'll probably just bridge it with a piece of hose as a quick fix. Here's the whole thing, it ain't a cheap part.
