Off this week for KoH week. Who else is off work for KoH? Rather be tuning into all the coverage than be at work. Work is for the birds, am I right?

Posting a few things KOH related now that KOH has started. Feel free to post up your picture and/or video finds here.

Currently down the road for a last night in a real bed with a real shower...we didn’t want to pull in and setup in the dark...hit it first thing tomorrow..our teams have spots on Griffin Expwy in Hammertown.
Also just found out my son’s helo squadron has flyover duties for the opening ceremony before the big race Friday. Semper Fi....

That video was shot and produced by my friend Will. Owner of Heavy Metal Concepts.

Anyone see Kyle Chaney and his co-driver roll his UTV over right off Emerson Dry Lake only to have it run over Kyle once rolled back onto it’s wheels? (Kyle continued racing)

Interested to hear the interview with Kyle.

Update: interviewed,he claims it was just a stupid mistake. He chased the UTV as it started rolling down the hill once back on four wheels. It ran over him and ripped his shoes off.

I believe there were ~133 competitors out there today.
I was looking at the Yellow tracker and it had a list that went to 93ish so I was going by that. 26% is still pretty good. One year in the stock class, they had 2 finish in the allotted time and the 3rd petitioned to get 3rd place since he did finish the course.

That’s interesting. Some of this years competitors were asked about the course in their interviews as they crossed the finish line, a common theme was that the course/trail this year was a little easier than courses/trails in the recent past.
