Another Rubicon Locker Switch ?

I have seen the posts and Youtube videos on doing the locker bypass switch. My questions is I would love to have the operate like my ol YJ that had ARB switches for each locker. Can they be done with 2 separate switches one front and one rear vs the double switch like stock.

The one thing I have always dis-licked about the factory setup is that each time I turn the engine off the lockers automatically turn themselves off also. Then I don't realize it until I start thinking why am I have such a issues getting over this rock then I remember oh yea my lockers aren't on. I would love to have a switch that when the engine is turned back on the lockers come back on since the switch is still in the on position.

But I want them sending power to the pumps only when the key is turned on and not all the time. I don't want to find out that I ran the battery down by leaving the lockers switch on and the pumps keep trying to keep them engaged.

Is this asking too much

I have posted many (!) times here that I completely and easily rewired my Rubicon lockers so they are 100% independent and independently controlled.

It's no more complex than wiring two 12 volt light bulbs with a pair of on-off switches.

There’s something not right with your system if the lockers shut off with the engine being turned off, unless you remove the key.

I have posted many (!) times here that I completely and easily rewired my Rubicon lockers so they are 100% independent and independently controlled.

It's no more complex than wiring two 12 volt light bulbs with a pair of on-off switches.

There’s something not right with your system if the lockers shut off with the engine being turned off, unless you remove the key.

You know I don't remember if I remove the keys or not. It's just when I am out on the trail and things slow down I turn the engine off have a cold beverage BS for a few then hop back in and fire the jeep back up and get going until ih yea the lockers are off again.

You must be removing the key, otherwise they’ll stay engaged.
