Anybody up for a random meme dump?

I had an original Macintosh in college. It had a new-fangled 3.5" 400KB floppy. A short time later, they came out with the double-sided drive, so capacity went to 800KB, and I upgraded. I still got sick of swapping between the OS disc, the program disc (MS Word, for example), and my data disc constantly. Keep in mind, the OS disc and program disc were purchased items that were write-protected discs. I eventually bought a second external drive and learned to put the OS disc in one drive and the program disc in the other, and I un-write-protected one of them to store (temporarily) the data file on - no more swapping discs! I never did have a computer with a hard drive until the mid-90s...

Yeah, the young-ins don't know how technology has improved. Don't even get me started on what a pain it was to type reports back before computers!

IBM selectric, had to change the ball to change the font.
