Anyone recognize this engine skid?

Looking at picking this engine skid up cheap locally but I am not sure it will fit. Seller says its off a 2002 6 cylinder. I have a 2006 6 cylinder, but I think the frames may be different for the 1997-2002 and 2003-2006? Assuming the front of the skid mounts to the frame.

That is an older Warn skid (part # 65020). Warn did list it only for 97-03. I am unsure why it wouldn't work on an 04-06.

thanks, I'll look into that part. I think there were changes to the frame between those years, not sure what exactly but I notice the options when buying other parts its separated between the 2.
