I guess I didn’t see the recall a while back but if you’re running a traditional Kidde Fire extinguisher, check that it doesn’t have a plastic tip.

Don't know about what type is best but I've put out numerous small car and brush fires over the years with the ABC from the trunk of my patrol car. It will put out small fires and will knock down medium ones or keep them from going totally out of control until FD gets there. Really pisses those hose draggers off.
