ARB compressor under seat on a TJ

Anyone ever install a ARB compressor under the passenger seat on a TJ, I see they make a mount for a JK.
I purchased the ARB portable kit, after doing this I think I may want to permanently mount the unit, but my options are limited. Don't really want to mount it above the motor, would like to keep it clean and dry. Maybe demo the glove box and install it there

Any suggestions?

I have mine on the driver side inner fender, if you mount it inside just be aware that they can be loud. And I have experienced a seal failure in the front locker causing axle grease to spray out of the pressure release solenoid, I can't imagine what a mess that would have been if it was inside the cab.

Ah, I didn't realize you said portable. I've seen plastic travel boxes for those that would alow you to move it from car to car. But if you hard mount it you could run air lines with quick disconnects to the front and rear of the jeep.
