The Explorer 11-blade fan and HD clutch is probably the most powerful cooling option that is bolt-on, way more powerful than the higher fan blade options and HD clutches sold for the TJ. That said it is a huge power suck when it is engaged, and will heavily impact your fuel economy. There are diminishing returns with increasingly powerful fans as well.
The Camaro fan is very powerful as well and way easier to control, since you can run it at only the speed you need at the moment, and also have a very high upper limit of airflow. At engine idle RPM, the Camaro fan can put more air through your radiator than any clutch fan could since the clutch fans are limited to around ~90-120% of engine RPM when engaged, but the Camaro fan can run anywhere from 20-100% speed independent of engine RPM.
