Any Jeepers out there have any tips to start scouting for an archery elk hunt in 22N? Just found out I drew the November archery hunt and don't really know where to start. Figured some people have seen some bulls out Jeeping or camping in central arizona perhaps?

From there, I'd do some internet recon using the AZ Access map (https://azaccessmap.com/map.html) and suggest signing up for the OnX Hunt app; it's great for advance scouting and planning, and is also a great tool once actually in the field.
Good call on the Onx. I have always used Avenza and download the areas to hunt but I’ve always heard good things about Onx. Probably way better than Avenza for hunting needs. My folks live in Payson so I’ll have a good homebase to launch from to start scouting. Thanks for the info sir!
