Artec rear spring perch relocation bracket

Good morning,

Tomorrow I will be working to finish up the rear lift on my 97 TJ. I have everything new (due to rust) including Artec's rear upper spring perch relocation brackets, insulator pads, bump stop cups, extended bump stops, springs, shocks (skyjacker 4" kit). My question is - has anyone ever installed this Artec weld on relocation kit and did you have to cut into it to avoid the track bar mount on the frame on the driver side being in the way? This mount is on the inside and outside of the frame, and from the pictures of the Artec bracket, it will hinder this from sitting flush on the frame without cutting some of the relocation bracket to fit before welding. **Will be relocating shocks to mount to frame as well at same angle with 6 inch lag bolt/washers/bolt.

Any comments on past experiences with this kit are appreciated.
