ASD Relay and Fuel Pump

The only way I can get my fuel pump to stay on continuously is if I remove the 30 amp fuse (#6) for the automatic shutdown relay. As soon as I remove this fuse, the fuel pump kicks on and stays pumping into the container. I’m pretty positive the cam position sensor test, good and the crank position sensor also test good. Any ideas for next steps?

IIRC, the ASD relay turns off the pump if it doesn't see the engine running within a few seconds.
