Hello, my name is Daniel and I'm a Jeepoholic.
This is my fourth Jeep ('12 JK traded for '14 JKU traded for '22 JTR which is my current DD)
I first started using while I was in the army with HMMWV, "the gateway" 4x4, and now I don't want to stop.
My origin story: I was crafted into a 24 yr old man child in Sand Hill Ft. Benning then pushed out of a C-130 and landed in the center of the universe - Ft. Bragg. Went through puberty in Darby, Merrill & Rudder. Shipped overseas 4 times (2-IRQ & 2-AFG). My favorite part was beating the ever loving crap out of an M998 then dropping it off at the motor pool for a team of mechanics to fix it with money that didn't come out of my pocket.
I picked up this '04 TJ X (Columbia) 47k for $9500 so I could have something to beat the crap out of and learn how to fix it myself. (My previous JKs we're modified by shops)
Current specs:
4.0L I-6
5 spd manual
Dana 30/35 with 3.07 hopefully not for long
15x8 "canyons" I think they're called, with massive 235/75 R15
2" spacers
skyjacker hydro 7000
what I assume is a dropped transfer case
Everything else seems to be stock. I'm new to TJs, real Jeep stuff and doing things myself.
