Auto shifter linkage help

Did this yesterday thanks! I just used a locking nut as I couldn’t find an aircraft nut but I don’t see it coming apart. Ahh just saw phase 2. Maybe I’ll try and source those parts.

Yeah now it’s all drilled out should be a 10 minute switch

Need to cut down that cotter bolt but it works rev 2.

I used two pins and an extra plastic washer instead of shorting it (I didn't feel like changing blades on my chop saw).

Ahh I feel like it’s fine as is certainly not going anywhere. I might get around to shortening it sometime

Looks like I’m close enough lol I put the nylon washer either side of the shifter. I’m apparently blind as a I read 2 nylon washers but can’t see the metal washer against the metal transmission shifter causing issues
