I'm pretty much sold myself on the banks kit vs doing a LS swap.

I currently have the Teraflex belly up kit which brings the t-case up approximately 2" along with the 1/2" motor mount spacers.

I am planning on running this by banks and Teraflex as well...

To those running the banks kit.... Do you forsee any problems with the MML lift? It looks like the biggest tight squeeze will be between the intercooler and hood.

I would consider a 1" body lift as an absolute last resort.

There is a fair amount of space between the intercooler and the hood in a stock installation. I will measure it tomorrow. One consideration is that the MML should be the same as the BL, otherwise there will be misalignment between the turbo and the air filter that mounts to the body. Half an inch difference might not be a problem though.

Edit: I was wrong about the intercooler. There is less than half an inch clearance between the intercooler fill port and the hood. So you do need to lift the body as much as the engine (maybe more because of the 2 inch transfer case lift) unless you don’t use the intercooler.
