I have relocated my factory air locker pumps on my 05' TJ Rubicon and can not get them to come on. I have checked the plugs for voltage when the switch is engaged and both plugs have power. I would assume that if I have 12V and a negative going to the pump they should work. Unless both pumps are bad. They could be. I haven't used them in forever. Any other ideas on how to test the pumps?
