Looks like the BLM is reviewing this popular area for travel management restrictions and/or closure. I have not read the entire document regarding this, the Press Release indicates that 303,993 acres and 1,232 miles of trails are being reviewed. This is/would be a substantial impact to recreation in the Moab area.
