My Savvy MML and BL just arrived and im getting ready to install them, any tips for the install? also should I install the MML first or the BL first or does it not matter

If you're doing them at the same time, back to back, unbolt the fan shroud and then it doesnt really matter which you do first.
If you're doing the installs at separate times, then you're going to have to modify the fan shroud height either way temporarily if you want to drive it. Logistically for the MML and BL themselves, neither cares what order they are installed in. I would do them at the same time, unbolt the shroud, then reconnect it after both are done.

Doesn’t matter, but don’t forget to also unbolt the four bolts on the inner gas tank bezel that connect to the gas tank filler tube. Good video walk through here. Two parts.
I always thought the BL had to be first for the MML to have clearance around the firewall. But maybe that’s not true, I did them both at the same time starting with the BL.
I did the MML first, then BL about two weeks ago on the Twin's build.
Back in the day when I was building my Jeep, I did the MML about a year before I did the BL.
I never had any trouble, except with the filler hose (which is the biggest pain in the entire job!)

All the while you're afraid you're going to break the plastic on the GT side. I took it all the way off of my Jeep 3 years ago and worked with the hose up on the tubes about half way up the gas fill tube to get the extra inch or so. This time with the boys Jeep, I'm just going to raise the GTS and be done with it.
I too did my mml first then a body lift. but either way since you have both, it doesn’t matter what you start with
When you install the body lift, loosen all 11 body bolts (6 belly, 4 rear, 1 grille) then remove one side, install the spacers, thread the bolts back in, then do the other side. If you remove everything at once, it can be hard to get everything to line back up.
