Bought another TJ today

So.... I ended up finding another TJ on our local classifieds website for our community. I couldn't resist so I went and looked at it. It is exactly the same as the one I have been working on. 1999 TJ 4.0 AX15 in Chili Pepper Red. Even the wheels are the same. The only difference was the interior, mine is tan and this one is black and the Dana 44. Condition was really good, no rust on the frame (Texas Jeep), and just one little soft spot of rust in the tub from water sitting in it. it got its share of se4als leaking, valve cover, RMS, tranny output or transfer input etc... having just done a RMS and front crank seal, I am not at all scared of doing another.

So I bought it...

In comparing vin numbers, it was only built 261 units before the one I have been working on. Based on production numbers, it seems as though they rolled off the line within a day of each other.

my wife has dubbed it "Reject Jeep" as I plan on swapping the interior and Dana 44 to the one I am working on. After that I will decide whether to sell it or build a dedicated trail rig with it.

That's what my house looks like. Except I have one Wrangler, and three 4runners haha.
Gonna get my 1st get 4runner running sell it, scrap the other two, and go nuts with my tj. Or I may start buying a bunch of tj's.
