Brake light is on 97 TJ, reservoir got real low so refilled and bled brakes was good for couple weeks then reservoir was low again filled up, can't find any leaks , been good for week or so but light is still on, switch is not stuck, tried pumping brake pedal real hard multiple times and it goes off but will come back on?? It is my daughters jeep and she says the brakes feel good.

The reservoir does not get "real" low without an issue. Find the issue and then you'll need to reset the shuttle valve in the combo block.

Wonder if the missing brake fluid is in the brake booster?

If it is, they should notice a sinking pedal with constant pressure since the fluid is bypassing the seals to get into the booster. But, outside of an obvious leak that should be visible, if that isn't seen, then the booster would be the next place to look.
