Brake line replacement / HCU routing

Good evening, does anyone have a early TJ with ABS? I am replacing the brake lines and the PO cut some of the lines and I thought I knew where they went but after trying to install a pre bent kit (I did in fact buy one for an ABS equipped TJ) the fittings seem to be the wrong size that go into the HCU/EBCM. Block front and rear I have figured out as they were pretty self explanatory.
I have looked through the factory service manual and I have done extensive google searching as well as reached out on FB and a local forum (greatlakes4x4.com) but no one seems to have an answer/ hasn't answered.
I have attached a picture of what I think each circuit is for.
Basically I want to know if the kit I received was miss built or I have the diagram wrong. Any help is appreciated!

First off, thank you for the PDFs of the service-manual and parts-list, these will be extremely helpful in putting my sad 1998 back together after sitting for 2 years. . . before I realized how important it was to take pictures because I have the memory of a goldfish.

I'm reviving this post because I am asking myself the same question as the gentleman above - I bought a SS brake-line kit from ClassicTube, (for a TJ with ABS) and I'm struggling to verify where the lines plug into the ABS pump. The parts PDF shows the following diagram:

This shows lines 37 & 38 from the proportioning valve going into ABS Pump. This did not match what the guy above posted, so I started looking elsewhere, and found the following diagram from MOPARPARTSGIANT.COM (which I hesitate to completely trust):

Which seems to show the lines 8 & 9 from the proportioning valve going to the same ports as the OP above, but the 4, 5 & 6 don't match his image. He's got RF & Rear swapped in his image. (Odd that the parts PDF is wrong?)

It kinda makes sense to me that the ports coming from the valve would be on one side, and the ports going to the brakes on the other.. and that the ports for the front would be near each other, and the rear is spaced further away.

So, I'm assuming this image is correct and he is not, but is there anyone out there with an ABS TJ that can verify this?

I did look in the service manual, but found nothing.

There is only a single run to the back-axle, noted as #4 in the diagram above.

Yes, I remember...the other one is gasoline Line... I think..... But there's still a distributor in the back, right? The brake pressure has to get to both drums somehow......And what is better, copper or steel pipes? The Jeep is now 25 years old. I want to replace the line that leads to the back. Should I replace it from the HCU straight away? Or leave 10 cm of the old Line from HCU and then connect the new Line with an adapter.....Then I don't have to tinker with the HCU....Mány thanks from Hungary

Thanks Mac, Unfortunately, the service manual is not helpful in this case; the illustration of the brake lines is completely confusing. Unfortunately, I haven't found a complete graphic representation of all the brake lines in the Jeep in the service manual.

Yeah that was my issue as well. I couldn't find a good routing diagram in the Service Manual - the Parts Manual however was a little more helpful - also available on this site - however as I described above, it doesn't seem to match where everything plugs into the HCU correctly.

I'd love to have someone snap a pic of their HCU with the ports labeled, to verify.
