Brake Proportioning Valve Advice Needed

I have a 2006 TJ that has a Dana 44 rear axle that initially came with rear drum brakes. A couple of weeks ago, I replaced the rear drum brakes with disc brakes. In 2006, Jeep used two different part numbered proportioning valves: 52126171AA for rear drum brakes and 52126173AA for rear disc brakes. The 52126173AA is no longer available and I couldn't find any on ebay or other sources.

So I ordered the more universal 5083808AA that was used across several years of TJ's. What the seller sent me was a 56052227AA proportioning valve. As far as my research can tell me was the 56052227AA proportioning valve was only used in 2005 LJ models.

I guess I have a couple of questions here.

1. Not sure what the ratio is on the 56052227AA proportioning valve, but would it be ok to use this one?
2. Do I need to totally remove my existing 52126171AA valve and put in the 56052227AA valve? Or could I just remove the plunger from the 56052227AA and install it in the 52126171AA that is currently in the Jeep?
3. Would it just be best to order up another 5083808AA and use that?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Plunger swap with the spring should work but I wouldn't do anything until I tested it on a dirt road to see if the rears are locking up. If they aren't, leave it alone.

My bet is you won't need to change it.
