The temp here has dramatically dropped of course. I got out in Jackass the other day and there was essentially a frozen gale blowing in on the passenger side under the dash when it's moving.
The heater couldn't keep up.
I poked around under there a little and couldn't find anything obvious.
Any ideas?

Perhaps one of the drain plugs on the floor is missing?

I found it. There's a heater relay under there that screws into the lower dash. It fell out...big honking hole in there.
