This cruised by me on the way home from work. Ladies and gentlemen, may I present the Mazda CX-3 Ben Hur Edition. I am aghast. I am agog. I am done.

If you hadn't told me, I would have assumed someone just Photoshopped that, only because it seems to stupid to be real.

But being that it is indeed real, all I can say is what the hell???

The "style" (and I use that term very f'n loosely) is called Slab. I've also heard the wheels themselves referred to as Texas Wires. It's something horrid that Houston puked up years ago, and fortunately, it has never caught on nationwide. The infection seems to be confined to the southwest area of the country. If you can stomach it, look up "Slab Culture" and check out the images of just how bad someone's taste in style can be. And in support of that sentiment, I'll leave you with this image:
