Not sure how normal this is but if I set pinion to be inline with driveshaft angle, my caster would be very very low. As it is now, my pinion is about 3 degrees lower than driveshaft and my caster is 6.5 degrees.
I have post gear vibes and have set my pinion angle all over trying to eliminate/reduce the vibes. No such luck.
I've recently replaced track bar, draglink, tierod and pitman and as it is right now my jeep wanders. I've added caster to where it is now (6.5*) but it still wanders.
In the process of rebuilding upper axle control arm mount on passenger because the fit is loose enough that it won't keep a new bushing from sliding in and out. Not sure if this will cause jeep to wander but will find out soon enough.
