Hey there i need help on changing my 2004 jeep 15 inch wheels to 2018 18 inch wheels. i bought the spacer for the 04 jeeps but there to small of a bolt pattern for the newer wheel. Lug nuts were also to big to fit the spacer. Would like to install the 18 inch wheel with correct spacer or adapter and to use the lug nuts from the 18 inch wheel. Any suggestions? Thanks

If your wheel is sourced from a JK / JL, you will most likely need a wheel spacer-adapter for 5x4.5 to 5x5 with a minimum thickness of 1.25”
