So I was in an accident (my fault) about 4 weeks ago. No body damage really. Just my fender. I had to replace my axle, as a part of all of this, and decided instead of rebuilding my stock Dana 30, I bought a G2 core 44. It looks great so far, and it is really stout. My issue now is my Crown HD steering linkage is hitting at full turn. On the passenger side, it hits the sway at link. The driver side is hitting the diff cover. Now the troubleshooting begins....

The linkage has a replaceable end on the pitman arm, and driver side. I am debating on weather I should get an offset tie rod end to see if I can get enough clearance, or jump to a crossover setup like the CavFab high clearance. I hear nightmares about both, but when you are searching, you will find all kinds of negatives. This is not my daily driver. I have another vehicle, and drive my Jeep mainly for fun....

Anyone have any other ideas or suggestions before I take the next dive?

Here’s some of the fun I am dealing with...

I almost missed her... just clipped her with the tire, and went up over the corner of her CRV....

it sheared the tabs off the Dana 30 for the lower control arm and twisted the uppers along with the passenger side axle tube...

The brand new ARB locker, and 4:88 gears had not even been engaged yet.... :(

In hindsight, if I would have hit her straight on, I would have done little to no damage to my Jeep, but she would have likely been injured. I’ll fix the Jeep rather than hurt someone.
