I recently had a new clutch kit installed on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. The last few days when I turn the engine off I press the clutch in and out and it's making a clicking noise. I am taking it back in today but wanted to see if anybody has any thoughts on this.

Did they mess with the pedal/master cylinder? If it sounds like it's coming from under your foot, it could be that little plastic disk catching the edge of the master cylinder opening when you depress it fully. It physically fits into the opening recess but there's nothing to retain it. The wall thickness of the master cylinder doesn't allow for easy peening. The answer - a good bead of RTV, press in the disc, and let it set up for an hour. No more click. This picture isn't exactly like a TJ but just for illustration.
