And I had a trip to Eagle lakes/signal peak/fordyce planned. This is a 75 mile trip on the freeway each way. So like any sane jeeper would do, I canceled the trip. NO WAY lol! I got there, 1st bit of water (ok it was about 24" deep) it starts squealing really loud when pedal is depressed. Now I know for sure it's the throw out bearing, so I keep going, Friday is getting dark soon, go set up camp. Saturday, did pierce ohv trail, then some of Eagle lakes, a little past driveline Hill, then came back to camp for late lunch. Went back out for a short night run, then Sunday went back up Eagle lakes and turned up grouse ridge Lake trail. Throw out squealing the whole time on and off, even when pedal wasn't pressed. Drove all the way home, then the next weekend drove straight to a buddies shop to install new clutch. After disassembly, I can't believe it was still shifting lol! Oh and I discovered that the PO had installed (or a shop installed for them) the wrong clutch!
