Compass mirror repair

My rubicons compass, temp mirror was on the fritz. I had been looking around for another one but that exact one was proving hard to find and I like things original so I didnt want a different replacement. I stumbled across a website called bobsmirrors.com. I contacted him and sent a pic of the issue. He responded quickly and said no problem to fix it. I sent it out on monday and received it back friday well packed and all for a very reasonable price. Great service!

Oh yes, I used this guy to repair the auto-dimming mirror on my E39 M5.

He does great work!

Quick question on that mirror? Do you know where the harness plugs into the back of the dash? My dash was recently removed and the mirror hasn't worked since then, so I think something came unplugged down low. The upper plug is secure as well as the one under the defrost trim.
