Confirming Rear Driveshaft Vibration

Did you by chance rest or jack up your guts using the output shaft on the transfer case? cause if you did and its stop np231 then you may have bent it. The best way to test this is take off your rear drive shaft. in 2wd put it in gear and have someone tap the gas you will physically see it vibrating.
Not under my ownership. I bought this used from a second owner. However, It didn't start to vibrate till after I added the lift and the 33" tires. So, I'm thinking I can rule this out. ???
 
Update on my progress. I removed the front DS and went for a test run. The vibrations were actually worse with the front DS off. I noticed that the rear drive shaft has a lot play in it so I replaced the U-Joints (front and back) with the non-greasable Spicer ones recommended on this forum.

No change. Vibration is still there.

There is still a lot of "slop" in the rear DS, but the joints are nice and tight.

I've also rotated both drives shafts (four times total) invade they were reinstalled incorrectly. No change.

And I measured the driveline angles. See photos below. I think these are correct.

So next step, I think, is a SYE and new drive shaft. Right????

I'm definitely not an expert in this area of research, but if I'm not mistaken your pinion angle matching your driveshaft angle is the proper setup for a DC drive shaft (that is, the kind you would add if you did an SYE). But since you don't have a double cardan I believe you need to lower the pinion angle such that it matches the output angle on the transfer case.

This is @Jerry Bransford's domain for sure.

Yep hear, I was really interested in how this was resolved with OP but no answer yet. I have 2" lift on front and 1.75" on back on 32s for 3 years, and just recently noticed a slight noise in drive train between 45 and 55 mph. Tires are balanced so changing diff/tfr case fluids next to check for wear. Will look at drive shafts and joints too. It's barely noticeable so if nothing is going wrong, I'm not going to worry about it.
 
Following! RobM did the SYE fix your problem or have you fixed the problem yet?
@John Wolf , I'm in the process. Won't be done for a few more weeks but I'm confident that's what I need. I finally took the rear drive shaft off and the vibration was completely gone. Just a very busy time of the year. I'll report back in when it's done.

Done. It's over. The vibration is gone!!! SYE and new driveshaft were the answer.

In retrospect, I wish I had dropped the rear driveshaft in the beginning of my original diagnostics. Would have saved a lot of time. I just didn't think a small 2.5" lift would require an SYE.

The silver lining is I learned alot; I have a tight suspension and steering linkage; the Jeep tracks straight and rolls smooth; and I really like my new adjustable control arms and T Woods driveshafts.
