Coolant overflow bottle filled up after running A/C

I have a 2002 4.0 I was running the a/c in traffic the gauge got over just 210(middle,when I got home I heard the bottle filling upi have video,I just overhauled the cooling system I installed new mopar water pump mopar coolant sensor mopar thermostat with the hole and today I installed an Orileys fan clutch,anyone have the bottle fill after running the a/c?went wheeling Saturday no a/c and never got over half even in line on the trail-thanks

My guess is it's radiator cap related. Not the correct 18 psi model, not screwed down all the way, or it's toast and needs to be replaced.

I bought it new from mopar yesterday also

and they said the four clamps were all the same now they have a 50 on them but my top hose (new gates) still is leaking I’m trying to do the right thing and get rid of the worm clamps do they make a smaller than 50?

Did the new cap solve the problem? It sounds like you replaced the cap after the problem on Saturday.

no the video was from today,it always runs at 210 it was jus a smidge over it,maybe the fan clutch will do it

The thermostat might be going bad. If it isn’t opening at the correct temp the coolant can’t cool down properly. There may also be air trapped in the system. That can mess with the thermostat opening probably too.

I think the new mopar fan clutch did the trick,my other one did not ROAR like a lion when it was hot,we are moving air now lol
