Took time from our crazy schedules to finally get our rig dirty.

- Rigs
- Paul (our trail leader/spotter) - 3rd gen 4runner on 40's, Dana 60/14 bolt, 5 speed, doubler tcase, exocage. (Paul was an amazing/patient spotter and leader)
- Bert - Wrangler LJ Rubicon (long-time friend of ours)- Dana 44 w/RCV's, Dana 60 rear, RE long arm, coilovers, custom cage, all the armor. (beauty of a rig, great driver, too.)
- Brian and Melissa - (Us) 2004 TJ Rubicon on 35's, long arms, 4:1, factory axles/lockers, all the armor.
- Notes
- This was the spiciest trail we've been on. Our rig performed AMAZINGLY. We were feeling much more comfortable with off-camber climbs/descents towards the end of the day.
- We definitely love the clearance our new front Rockhard bumper provides
- Our Patagonia's did fine at about 16-18 psi - could have gone lower, but was a bit worried about popping a bead. Live and learn.
- The RE long-arms with Y-link were super slinky and predictable. Never seemed to run out of articulation
- Our rear garvin bumper took some hard hits coming off rocks and has only scratches.
- WE drove to and from the trail - slowly.
but it was all pretty much uphill into the mountains. Downhill was much faster..lol.
- had zero reliability issues, though we did have our speedometer fail at the end of the day. (Turns out the speed sensor plug got knocked loose. I re-attached. Speedo is back and check engine light is already off/cleared.
