Looking for input, thoughts, ideas as I am at a bit of a loss on this one.

Installed a Torq locker in the Dana 30 this morning. Axle was already fitted with Revolution USA shafts and 4.56 gears along with new unibearings, ball joints and ZJ steering about 2500 miles ago.

Gap check on locker ranged from 0.147-0.150 with a quality Mitutoyo digital caliper and successfully passed their spin test.

Drove about 6 miles to gas station, a windy road lots of locker clicking but all felt good. Pulled into the station and made a fairly sharp left around the pumps and the front bound up, popped, and then freed up. Changed my underwear and drove home.

Pulled the diff cover and found the carrier is cracked through from the pin out. Thoughts?
