Crooked driver's seat

The seat isn't crooked, it is off center from the mounting bolts on the floor. This by design and not the first vehicle I've seen like this. Basically the holes in the floor are where they need to be structurally but they are not centered on the steering column, so the actual seat frame is mounted off center so that the driver is centered on the steering wheel.
Nope.
My seat is both crooked and off-centered.
When I sit in the center of the seat, I'm lined up more with the speedometer.
 
This is the only picture I have of under the drivers seat and shows the slide rails attached. When it's mounted, its perfectly straight.

My seat was straight until i swapped slider for one that don't flip. I need the don't flip so i could install a tuffy lock box. Mine is like what's in the picture.
