I ran this in my '00 for 8 months (installed April 2024). This is designed for the '03+ since it goes all the way across. You can install it in a '97-02 by using the newer radio bezel. All the switches are either OEM or Standard Motor Products and have all been converted to LED lights. All switches work perfectly. The 2 open spots were the hard top defrost and wiper switches, which I am keeping.

The first picture shows it installed. Everything in picture 2 is what comes with it.

No conversion, they are all OEM switches with the dash light in them. The aftermarket is just the rocker. The pigtails are all OEM wiring connectors.
