Cylinder # 3 misfire

Normally the plug wouldn't be covered in carbon with a blown head gasket. It would be cleaner. High carbon comes from rich fuel or oil normally.

I'm having similar issue with cylinder 2. starts fine, not really rough idle. complete loss of power and chugging/sputtering after 2100 RPMs. new spark plugs, new fuel injectors, complete new catalytic converters, new O2 sensors. I just did a compression test on the engine. numbers seem fine. i noticed that cylinder 2 spark plug was covered with carbon. All other spark plugs were fine. The p0202 code keeps coming back along with 2 O2 sensor codes
