SO I HAVE A 2002 TJ WRANGLER AUTOMATIC THAT I HAVE HAD ABOUT TWO YEARS . 6 MONTHS AGO IN APRIL I GOT A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CODE FOR MISFIRE CYLINDER 6. SO I WENT TO BUY NEW SPARK PLUGS AND IGNITION COIL NEW AS WELL.CHECKED THE INJECTORS ALSO AND ONLY ONE WAS BAD AND SWITCHED IT OUT WITH A NEW ONE. ON OCTOBER SIX CHECK ENGINE LIGHT POPPED UP AGAIN SAME THING MISFIRE CYLINDER 6. RE DID THE SPARK PLUGS NEW AGAIN AND ALSO A NEW IGNITION COIL. CHECKED THE INJECTORS EVERYTHING FINE HERE. BUT I CANT FIGURE OUT WHATS WRONG WITH IT AND AT IDLE IT FEELS FUNNY AND IT JUST DRIVES BAD . IVE SMOKED TESTED IT SINCE I HEARD A LARGE VACUUM LEAK COULD CAUSE A MISFIRE BUT NO LUCK. IDK WHAT TO DO.

First I'd suggest turning your caps lock off
Second, I'm having the same issue. Changed out my spark plugs and coil pack and no dice. Mines on cylinder 5. My mechanic and I are going to look at replacing the crank and cam shaft position sensors next week to see if that helps. Will keep you updated.

That #6 misfire has popped up several times on the boards lately, I hope someone posts a fix for it soon.
Personally, I'd start troubleshooting it by checking the fuel injector wiring harness at the part where it passes around the threaded vertical stud near the rear of the valve cover. That stud has a nasty habit of rubbing through the insulation on the wiring shorting it to ground.
If that doesn't produce any results, then try swapping the #6 fuel injectors with any of the others to see if the misfire stays at the #6 cylinder or if it follows the fuel injector.

Perhaps a silly question, but did you set/check the spacing on your Spark Plugs? What spark plugs are you running (I recall reading around TJs are particular about some parts)

The injector wiring is easily verified with a very low cost noid light.
