WTB: Dana 30 and Dana 35 with 4:10 gears for 2000 Jeep TJ

Currently have the dreaded 3.07 gears in my 2000 Sahara 4.0 3 speed auto trans and was looking for a pair of cheap Dana 35R Dana 30F 4:10 axles for sale so I could do the swap myself. I’m not sure how much these cost but have been told way cheaper than re gearing so any advice on what to expect with pricing would be welcome as well.

Yeah I've been searching the site and I only see one carrier for $600 per axle. Wondering if letting a shop do the regear would be less of a headache.

More than likely it would be less of a headache. Buying used axles can always be an unknown unless you can open up the diff covers and inspect them.

I saw they do regears on jks for $1,300. I paid 1,800 for mine in the bay area

Dweeb, my reason for asking is I am doing a regear in the next few weeks. I am pulling a perfectly good 4:10 and going with 4:56. If your interested in my 4:10 with carrier let know
