Dana 35 re-gear/ looking for feedback

Looking for some feedback on this pattern.
Dana 35
Revolution 4.88
Eaton Truetrac
Pinion shim .042
Backlash .008
Pinion preload 12 inch/lbs
Ring gear shim stack=.149
Non ring gear shim stack=.173

Started with .045 pinion shim and adjusted to .042. Drive looks good (I think) but not sure about the coast side. Any thoughts?

Now I’m fighting the crush sleeve. I bought a Ratech Smart Sleeve but went a little over and hit 20 inch/lbs, and it just felt too tight. I tried the one that came in the master kit, but that sucked ass. I’m ordering another Ratech and pinion nut, I’ll be more careful next time. Thanks again.

Remember that is it 14-19 so if you are at 14 do not try for 19 or old man Murphy will get ya every time.
