Dana 35 Tru-Locker in a Dana 30?

Hi everyone,

I have a 2004 Wrangler X with a Dana 44/ARB locker in the rear and stock Dana 30 in the front. A buddy of mine is offering to give me a Dana 35 Tru-locker that he no longer needs. Does anyone know if a Dana 35 Tru-locker will fit in a stock Dana 30 front axle?

Can you please elaborate?

I have found on other forums people have installed Dana 35 lockers in Dana 30 axles without issue. Since this is a Tru-locker I am not sure if the same fitment applies to these other applications, or if additional parts/modifications would need to occur.
