Hey guys I bought this diff cover and it looks like it is slightly off on the bottom. All the holes line up but just curious what everyone else thinks. Thanks

That drain plug won't survive anywhere where a thicker diff cover would be of any use.

I have the same covers (under the Tactik brand), and I think you have the wrong plugs installed. I believe the flat one goes on the bottom as the drain.

Ok I can do that but what about the bottom edges lining up?
It'll be ok but Rugged Ridge is not known for their quality which is well indicated by how much attention their manufacturer paid to making it match the seating surface more closely. I'd also swap the bottom and top plugs if their sizes are the same. If they're not I'd swap that huge bottom plug with a low profile plug like mrbills shows.

I got the TActik diff cover for the Dana 30 on the front. I have the correct drain plug installed. I will look for a low profile replacement.
