Dash light help

So I decided to upgrade my dash lights to LEDs. Seemed easy enough. Order a kit from ebay, replaced lights. Entire dash psnel won’t light up including hvac which I didn’t touch.

put original bulbs back in and now only left turn signal is working
still no other lights including HVAC

Recently replaced headlight switch with no issues
checked all fuses. All good

LEDs are polarity sensitive, but I doubt you had every single one backwards.
You've either lost a ground or no 12v.
IIRC, all the lights (behind the dash) are on an orange wire.
