Did I Make a Coolant Mistake?

I had a chemical flush done to the radiator on my 98 4.0L Wrangler. They refilled it with Polar Ice Coolant.
Am I okay, or should I switch it out for the Zerex G05?

Jeep runs at 210 degrees when the outside temp is under 95, but my OBD2 showed the coolant temp at 248 in traffic with outside temp 110.

Ive never heard of It myself so I looked it up. They dont specify exactly what is,its compatibility or otherwise, just says coolant. Kinda leaves things to ones imagination dont they.
