Did you know there's a spare fuse holder in the PDC cover?

I don't recall ever seeing someone using this and can't find any other discussions about this online.

The cover for the PDC has a spot for 1 JCase fuse and what appears to be a fuse puller. I've looked through my collection and I can't find a fuse puller that fits.
