Not legal in my state. I think it requires at least a 5" lift to clear the oil pan. Seller says 4" lift. I guess it has a 1" body lift. Hard to tell if the steering/suspension is quality or not. Lots of missing info.
 
Goddess mother, couldn't have they at least painted that engine when they rebuilt it? Its a rusty mess!
